Keeping Up With The Constitutional Tradition: Vision Of Babasaheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar And Advocacy In The Current Era

On the 135th birthday of Dr B.R. Ambedkar, who is considered a leading figure of the Indian constitution and is regarded globally as a champion of human rights and social justice, it would be pertinent for any legal professional to recall Babasaheb's legacy.

At our law firm in Kota, being an Advocate of Kota, I am convinced that the term “Justice” used in the Preamble of our Constitution should be made a living reality. It is our duty to provide access to justice for all citizens. The philosophy of Babasaheb, "Educate, Agitate and Organise," is practised by our team in our daily routine. In this context, we educate our clients about their fundamental rights; we agitate against any injustice in law through vigorous litigation and organise legal strategies so that our clients receive favourable decisions.

Whether in the current legal environment of 2026, it is civil, criminal or revenue law, there are many legal issues facing the litigant community. In these cases, whether as a lawyer in Kota in District Court or at a senior level consultancy, my objective is to give best results to the client.
